Work Accounts - Adding

You can easily add and sync a user who already exists in your Microsoft Active Directory or your Okta Directory into your Sparrow Directory.

Add their Microsoft or Okta accounts into a synced group in your Microsoft AD Groups or Okta Groups configurations.

To check which Groups are synced with Sparrow, go to Targeting Tools > Audience > Sync Microsoft AD / Sync Okta Groups Tool.

We have our entire Microsoft directory synced with Sparrow. Can I skip this step?

Yes. If your organization has your entire Microsoft AD synced with our system, you can skip this step and instruct your employees to directly sign in using their Work Account. Their first sign in on our platform, or on Microsoft SharePoint or Teams, will activate their accounts with us and create their Sparrow user profiles automatically.
