Updated the Documents page updates in the Company Portal to include the following enhancements:
- Changed default view to List View instead of Card View
- Added the Last Modified date to the list view
- Changed the default sort order for Documents page in the Company Portal to alphabetical by title instead of "recently viewed"
- Search bar is now always open
- Clicking a document type that does not support in browser preview will now download by default (.docx, .pptx, .xlsx etc)
- Clicking a document type that does support in browser preview will now open the preview in a new tab by default (.pdf and image files)
- Clicking the info icon will display the More Info modal with the associated meta data for the selected document
- Updated the More Info modal

Performance and stability enhancements
Bug fixes:
All Platforms
- Enabled Sparrow account type by default, removing the requirement for customers to request this feature
- Editing a post moves the post to the top of the feed rather than keeping it in the intended chronological position. To move a post to the top of the feed authors can continue to use the Boost feature which changes the publish date to the current date and time.
Admin Portal
- Newsletter insights graph for longer time periods are not visible. We have adjusted the chart scaling and added a horizontal scroll bar.
- The total number of reads does not equal the total number of views in post analytics.
- Made style changes to the banner image section in Portal Pages
SharePoint
- Opening an unavailable or deleted post presents an error modal in SharePoint that cannot be closed
- Settings for the My Sparrow web part would not load and cause the page to crash
- Author name was only showing first name instead of first and last name.
MS Teams
- Republishing and unpublished post does not respect the previously set notification settings
