• Custom Portal Page Styling is now available for the Company Portal (Web Portal). Customers can brand pages to match each unique style and organizational identity. 

• Content Bands is a new feature that enhances internal communications experience by bringing a dynamic, scrollable and customizable way to showcase content on the MS Teams and Mobile app home screens.

    • Customizable Content Streams: Set and filter news, posts, updates, or events in each Content Band to tailor communication to your organization's needs.
    • Engaging Home Screen: Content Bands highlight the most important information, creating a dynamic and visually appealing way for employees to stay informed.

    • Set Up Content Bands: Create multiple bands on your organization's home screen. Use filters like content types and topics to control what appears in each band, ensuring relevant information is always front and center.
    • Choose the Layout: Pick the layout that best suits your organization’s needs, whether it’s a compact view or a more expansive display, offering flexibility in how teams engage with content.
    • Publish the New Home Screens: Once set up, publish the Content Bands so employees can easily browse organized updates and announcements, ensuring important information is always accessible, boosting overall engagement and communication.
