Content Guidelines

Maintain consistent branding and voice across all your content by displaying customizable content guidelines.

  • Universal Brand Standards: Admins can define and share content and brand guidelines, ensuring that everyone creating or publishing content adheres to the same tone, style, and visual standards.
  • Easy Access: Contributors, authors, and co-owners can view these guidelines directly in the editor, along with any attached documents, logos, or assets from the tenant configuration. This feature helps teams create cohesive content that reflects your organization’s identity.

Contributors Can Now Create Events

We’ve expanded Contributor permissions to include event creation and submission, making it easier for teams to collaborate on events.

  • Granular Permissions: Admins can assign Contributor access and limit permissions to specific topics or categories, allowing for customized management of content.
  • Flexible Collaboration: Contributors can now manage events alongside other content responsibilities, enabling a more dynamic and inclusive content creation process.

Improved Post Submission/Approval Workflow Feedback 

We’ve enhanced the content review process to support clearer communication and more efficient collaboration between contributors and approvers.

  • Detailed Feedback: Approvers (authors or owners) can now add comments when rejecting a post, offering clear guidance and actionable suggestions for improvement.
  • Integrated Review Access: Contributors and approvers can easily view and reference these comments directly within the editor, streamlining the revision process and ensuring alignment.
