How do I measure the performance of contents that use a particular topic?

Content can be categorized using Topics. Here's how you can learn and analyze the performance of each topic or a group of topics.

Sign in to the Admin Portal
Go to Platform Anaytics
Click on Filter by then select Topics
In the Custom Topics dropdown, search and select the topics you want to analyze

Only Owners/Admins can access this feature.

Use the Topics filter to:
- Analyze the engagement of users who are subscribed to those topics
- Determine which content, that are tagged with those topics, attract the most views and interactions
Use the Date Range filter together with the Topics filter to measure time-bound campaigns e.g. OKR Season Announcements
Download the excel reports while Topic filters are applied to get more analyses of the content tagged with those topics, or of the users subscribed to those topics
