Date Ranges in Platform Analytics

The data shown in Platform Analytics is taken from interactions, engagement and other metrics gathered within the timeframe you've selected using the Date Range Tool.
With the help of our date ranges, you can pinpoint spikes and dips in user behavior and content engagement. Identifying these trends helps you plan ahead and refine your communication strategy.
To adjust the data being collected and displayed, you can:
- Use the dropdown to apply pre-determined filters
- Use the calendar pickers, and add start and end dates, to set a custom timeframe
If the charts are empty, it means there were no metrics collected within the timeframe you specified.
