      Release Notes - January 19, 2023

      Improvements:

      Admin Portal

      • New functionality to download Platform Analytics reports
        • Download as images, MS Excel files, or both in a zip file
        • Hover over a chart to to download files for just that single report or choose Download Reports at the top of the page to download all the reports on the Platform Analytics page
        • Change your date range and download the reports to compare data over different timeframes

      • Set Social User invites to expire after 14 days and redesigned the email

      • Implemented a new "Account Activated" confirmation email for new Sparrow Users and Social Users.
      • Upgraded Sparrow Accounts to use our invite system and implemented a password reset flow for users.
        • Sparrow Accounts now require an email address to increase account security and establish a secure password reset flow.
        • Sparrow Account invites expire after 14 days
        • Updated the create Sparrow Account screen to only include First Name, Last Name, and Email as mandatory
        • Updated the bulk create Sparrow Account flow and csv template. Only First Name, Last Name, and Email are mandatory.

      • Implemented a password reset flow for Sparrow Accounts
        • After the release, any new Sparrow Account users can enter their email address then click the "Forgot Password" link.
        • An email will be sent that directs them to create a new secure password. This email expires after 6 hours for security purposes.
        • Once a the password is updated, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the password was reset successfully.
        • Existing Sparrow Account users will still need to contact an admin to change their password for the time being. We will be looking to upgrade/migrate the original Sparrow Accounts to new version in a future release.

      • Event reminders do not send if notifications are turned off

      Admin Portal

      • When adding images to a post and translating to French, an error was thrown and post would not publish
      • Social User invites would not send if the email address contained capital letters

      MS Teams

      • Setting an event start date and time that is after the end date and time allowed event to publish.
