How do edit, add or remove audiences that a user belongs to?

Only Owners/Admins can assign a user to an Audience.

You can assign a user directly to an Audience right from their Profile screen. You can also check which Audiences a user belongs on their user Profile.

  1. From the Users & Permissions screen, search for the user and select their profile
  2. Select Audiences & Permissions and click on Edit Audiences.

⚠️ You cannot assign a person into a Smart Audience because smart audiences follow rules based on its settings. The user can only be included in a Smart Audiences if the rules are applicable to that user. Read more about Smart Audiences.
